ONEWAY is a digital service. Nothing is shipped physically; here is how and when what you buy is delivered.

01Digital delivery only
ONEWAY sells access to an online software service. We do not ship physical goods, so no shipping charges apply and no delivery address is required.
02When you receive it
When your payment succeeds, the purchased amount is credited to your workspace balance immediately. You receive a confirmation email from us and an invoice from Dodo Payments, our merchant of record. You can see the credited balance in your workspace straight away.
In rare cases, such as delays at the bank or payment gateway, crediting can take up to 24 hours.
03Access to the service
Access to the ONEWAY workspace and APIs is provided online through your account at https://1way.dev. Access is available worldwide, subject to our Terms and applicable law.
04If something goes wrong
If your payment succeeded but your balance has not been credited within 24 hours, email team@1way.dev with the payment ID from your Dodo Payments invoice. We will credit your balance or refund the payment under our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
